Quick Self Defense Tip #4 – Knife Attack Self Defense

This Self Defense Tip shows a basic street take down if being attacked by a knife. We show the take down with a right handed knife attacker and the same take down against a left handed knife attacker. We believe in training both sides of the body at every angle around the clock so we can perform these Force Necessary take downs without thought no matter what angle the attack is coming from.
